TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Acceptance
By acquiring any product from axxtrial.space, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. License
Each license is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the number of servers specified in your plan. Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the plugin or its source code is strictly prohibited.
3. Source Code
Source code is only available to purchasers of the Source plan. The standard JAR is distributed obfuscated. Acquired source code is for exclusive personal use — it cannot be redistributed, published, or used as a basis for third-party commercial products.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are accepted under the following mandatory conditions:
- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- The buyer has previously contacted support, and the issue could not be resolved
- The plugin presents a critical fault that prevents its basic functionality on the server
- Sufficient evidence of the problem is provided (logs, screenshots, detailed description)
No refunds are accepted for incompatibility with other plugins, unsupported Minecraft versions, incorrect configuration by the user, or simply for not meeting the buyer's expectations.
5. Support
Support is offered via Discord (axxtrial) and email (support@axxtrial.space). We commit to responding within a reasonable timeframe, but we do not guarantee specific response times.
6. Updates
Updates are offered while the product is active. axxtrial.space reserves the right to discontinue a product with prior notice.
7. Liability
axxtrial.space is not responsible for damages, data loss, or service interruptions derived from the use of its products. Use is at the buyer's own risk.
8. Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the product implies acceptance of the current terms.
